| 摘 要： | 对连铸机扇形段自由辊两分节处断裂及漏水情况进行跟踪观察与分析，提出改造优化分节处结构，通过离线辊子修复，改制连接轴套尺寸及密封圈型号，实现了扇形段辊子备件统一，断辊和漏水现象得到解决。

| Abstract: | Tracking observation and analysis have been performed on breakage and water leakage at split parts of free roller in segment section of continuous caster.The solution to modify and optimize the structure at the split parts of free roller has been raised.The unification of spare parts of the rollers for segment sections has been finally achieved by modifying the size of the connecting shaft sleeves and the type of sealing rings.The phenomenon of roller breakage and water leakage has been solved. |
