煤矿坚硬岩石巷道中深孔爆破技术应用研究

摘    要:岩巷中深孔爆破可减少循环转换过程中的各种辅助作业时间,提高单循环进尺。根据现场巷道断面和形状、岩石性质、低威力三级煤矿水胶炸药和施工条件,通过对炮孔深度、掏槽形式和掏槽参数、光面爆破参数、崩落爆破参数、装药结构、炸药单耗、起爆方式等技术问题分析研究,并在施工中不断优化完善,应用研究取得了良好的技术经济指标,平均炮孔利用率大于90%,巷道成形质量良好,周边孔痕率在40%~70%。
