摘    要:在金属切削过程中,采用三维复杂断屑槽断屑是实现切屑控制的有效手段之一.在切削试验的基础上提出了三维复杂断屑槽型的切屑折断界限曲线;分析了非直槽型、凸曲面槽型对切屑的约束作用,建立了切屑折断界限的数学模型;为验证切屑折断界限数学模型进行了钢外圆车削的断屑试验.试验结果证明切屑折断界限数学模型是合理的.

Abstract:Chip breaking using 3-D complicated groove insert is one of effective methods for chip controlling in metal cutting process.According to experiments,there are chip-breaking limits in machining chip-breaking chart,which determine the chip-breaking range.Based on analyzing the chip subject to 3-D complicated grooves,the models of chip breaking limits are established.In order to verify the models,chip breaking experiments are performed and the results show the chip breaking limits' models are reasonable.
