凝胶渗透色谱净化-气相色谱法测定肉类食品中有机氯农药残留

摘    要:使用疑胶渗透色谱净化-气相色谱方法能使肉类食品中25种有机氯农药的提取和分配一次完成,凝胶色谱柱使肉类食品中的脂肪和农药得到较好分离,采用的GC-ECD可以同时定性、定量地测定25种有机氯农药残留。

Abstract:The 25 kinds of organchlorine pesticides can be extracted and separated by the method mentioned in this experiment.The fat and pesticide of meat can be seperated by gel permeation chromatography.The residue of 25 organchlorine pesticide can be identified and quantified simultaneously by GC-ECD.
