| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨组织因子（tissue factor,TF）在子宫内膜异位症（endometriosis,EM）组织中的表达及其意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测TF蛋白在60例EM患者异位内膜及其在位内膜和18例正常子宫内膜组织中的表达.结果 TF在正常子宫内膜、EM患者在位子宫内膜及异位子宫内膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为11.1%、23.3%和80.0%,TF在异位子宫内膜组织中的阳性表达率明显高于在位和正常子宫内膜组织（均P＜0.01）.结论 TF蛋白在EM组织中异常表达对EM的发生起着重要作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression and significance of tissue factor （TF） in endo- metriosis （EM）. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin biotin peroxidase method was ap- plied to examine the expression of TF in 60 cases of ectopic and eutopic endometrium from EM patients and 18 cases of normal endometrium. Results The positive expression rates of TF in ec- topic endometrium were,respectively, 80.0 %, which were significantly higher than those in nor- mal endometrium（l1. 1%） in eutopic endometrium（23.3%） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Abnormal expression of TF plays an important role in the development of endometriosis. |
