Abstract:Electroless Ni-Fe-P coating was prepared by introducing FeSO4 into electroless Ni-P plating bath.The surface morphology and composition of electroless Ni-P and Ni-Fe-P coatings were observed using a scanning electron microscope.The dynamic potential polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectra of both coatings in 3.5% NaCl solution were tested by means of a 2273 electrochemical test rig.Results show that Ni-Fe-P coating is composed of finer and more compact particles and has better surface qual...
