摘    要:攀枝花红格钒钛磁铁矿储量丰富,且伴生的铬、钴等稀有元素的含量均比较高,极具开发价值.由于该矿铁矿品位低,脉石矿物很难被剔除,有用矿物嵌布粒度细微的特点,至今该矿利用水平还较低,钛的综合回收率仅30%左右.本文通过粗粒抛尾——阶段细筛闭路磨矿——阶段选别的选铁工艺,及高梯度强磁—离心重选抛尾—浮选脱硫—浮钛,最终获得TW...

Abstract:The vanadium titanomagnetite ore in Hongge mining areas in Panzihua were characterized by low grade,hard to eliminate gangue minerals,fine disseminated size of valuable minerals.In this paper,test was made by a process of tailing discarding at a coarser size,stage closed circuits grinding and stage selection of iron,and an another process of high-gradient high-intensity magnetic—fine disseminated with centrifugal—floatation desulfurization and floatation of titanium.The result show that: the iron concentrate product containing 58.4% Fe and recovery at 64.02%,while the titanium concentrate product containing 48.12% TiO2,and the recovery rate arrive at 69.29%.
