| 摘 要： | 分析了方筒形咖啡罐杯身模具拉深的工艺特点,介绍了方筒形不锈钢制件拉深模具的完成过程.方筒形不锈钢制件拉深是在圆柱形模具二次拉深的基础上,通过工艺分析和模具设计优化实现的.通过优化设计,简化了模具结构,明确了模具主要零件的设计要点,缩短了生产周期,降低了零件废品率,提高了拉深件表面质量,应用稳定可靠. |
