铝合金连杆的楔横轧制坯优化研究

摘    要:针对某汽车用铝合金连杆,在传统模锻制坯工艺的基础上,提出了楔横轧制坯的毛坯计算方法:首先确定计算截面位于毛坯的杆部还是头部,然后根据杆部、头部的位置不同给出该截面的计算直径和确定其长度的方法;进而分析了楔横轧制坯时坯料形状的优化评价指标;并对具体的铝合金连杆进行了有限元模拟.结果表明:采用楔横轧制坯,不仅加工工艺简单,...
