摘    要:采用摄动法推导出无限大对称型梯度功能材料平板的一维非定常温度场及非定常热应力场的解析表达式 ,并采用权函数法计算了受热冲击的含双边裂纹的对称型梯度功能材料平板的瞬态热应力强度因子 .通过两种Al2 O3 TiC系梯度功能陶瓷平板表面冷却条件下的计算实例并与均质陶瓷材料对比 ,分析了材料的热 物理性能分布规律对瞬态热应力强度因子的影响 ,并提出高抗热震性梯度功能陶瓷的设计原则

Abstract:A double-edge cracked infinite functionally gradient material (FGM) plate with symmetrical structure subjected to thermal shock is studied by means of the derivation of the analytical formulae of one-dimensional transient temperature field and transient thermal stress field for infinite FGM plate with symmetrical structure via the perturbation method, and consequently the calculations of transient thermal stress intensity factors (TSIFs) via a weight function method. The effects of the distributions of thermo-physical properties on the transient TSIFs of the FGM plate are analyzed via the numerical calculations conducted on two Al 2O 3/TiC FGM plates with different compositional distributions under surface cooling in contrast to homogeneous plate. The principles for the design of functionally gradient ceramics with high thermal shock resistance are put forward conclusively.
