摘    要:研究了分子组装抗菌化技术对聚丙烯树脂多种性能的影响,发现子组装抗菌化技术制得的纤维有高效广谱、稳定耐久的抗菌作用,还有极为优良的使用安全性,属安全无毒、无刺激性材料。同时,利用该技术制备的抗菌母粒对材料的其它性能有不同程度的改进,它在体系中可起到成核剂的作用,提高了结晶温度,加快结晶速率,还提高了纤维的表面极性,为解决丙纶的可染性提供了新途径。

Abstract:The effects of molecule?assembling technique on the antibacterial function and other properties of fibers are studied. It is found that the polypropylene fiber prepared with the technique has excellent and perdurable antibacterial function for many kinds of bacteria and epiphyte. It is also found that the fibers have high safety to people. Furthermore, the antibacterial functional chip also can greatly enhance the polarity and antistatic ability of the fiber and make polypropylene paintable and polypropylene fiber dyeable. The assembled antibacterial functional in the matrix resin can act as nucleator, reducing the crystallization degree and accelerating the crystallization rate.
