摘    要:甘肃省陇南某铅锌矿矿石因氧化程度高、矿物嵌布粒度细、易泥化而非常难选,尤其是锌的回收十分困难。试验针对矿石性质,按照先浮铅后浮锌的原则流程,在传统的硫化浮选工艺基础上,采用氧化锌矿物的复合捕收剂5N,最终获得了铅品位和回收率分别为51.58%和72.64%、含锌6.88%的铅精矿及锌品位和回收率分别为39.71%和72.47%、含铅0.40%的锌精矿,成功实现了氧化铅锌矿石的有效分选。

Abstract:The ore of a lead-zinc deposit in Longnan, Gansu is very hard to beneficiate due to its high oxidation, fine dissemination size of minerals and easy sliming and it is especially difficult to recover the zinc form the ore. The test was performed in light of the ore properties, where the principle flowsheet of first lead-then zinc flotation was adopted. On the basis of the conventional flotation with sulfuration, compound collector 5N for zinc oxide mineral was used. As a result, a lead concentrate with 51.58% lead grade, 72.64% recovery and 6.88% zinc content, and a zinc concentrate with 39.71% grade, 72.47% recovery and 0.40% lead content were obtained. Thus an efficient separation of oxidized leadzinc ore was realized.
