摘    要:为减少或避免氧枪粘枪情况的发生,通过对转炉炼钢入炉铁水条件及吹炼操作两方面分析本钢转炉日常生产中氧枪粘枪的主要原因,并且有针对性的提出合理的操作方法、控制措施和解决办法,为保证氧枪减少粘枪,转炉平稳生产提供了实践指导。

Abstract:In order to reduce or avoid adhesion on oxygen lance,through the converter steelmaking furnace molten iron and blowing operation analysis of two steel converter in daily production of lance sticking is the main reason,and put forward a reasonable operation method,control measures and solutions,In order to ensure that oxygen lance adhesion is and converter steady production,providing a practical guide.
