摘    要:以安钢现场生产数据为基础,研究各种工艺参数对板坯表面纵裂纹的影响,并从生产实践的角度提出了应对措施,如浸入式水口插入深度、钢水成分、结晶器保护渣、结晶器传热、二冷强度、拉速、钢水过热度等,并介绍了安钢减少表面纵裂废品的措施和方法.

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of various operating factors on the surface longitudinal cracks of slab is discussed basing on actual productive data, such as depth of the SEN, chemical composition,mold powder, heat transfer in mold, secondary cooling intensity , casting speed and superheat of molten steel in tundish. The way to eliminate the slab surface longitudinal crack is also introduced.
