| 摘 要： | 青藏铁路所经过的海拔 5 0 1 0 m的风火山腹地为多年冻土区 ,自然条件极为恶劣 ,地质情况复杂 ,施工环境差、难度大 ,且施工工艺质量要求高。传统的结构物基础预制桩施工已适应不了青藏高原预制桩施工要求。为了针对该地区实际情况 ,找出一套切实可行的施工方案和技术 ,以风火山涵洞预制桩施工为例 ,总结了高原多年冻土区预制桩施工中有关钻机选配 ,钻机成孔方法步骤 ,钻具临界角速度的确定、预制桩插桩施工等技术。实践证明 ,应用该技术效果良好 ,为同类工程提供了经验。 |

| Abstract: | Fenghuo montain is 5 010 meters high and located in the multi year frozen soil area.The nature condition is harsh and geology condition is very complicated.It is difficult to construct,especially for the pile foundation.Traditional pile foundation construction technique can't meet the requirement of code and specification.This paper introduce the pile foundation construction of Feng Huo Shan's culvert,including the choosing of the drilling machine,the drilling process,the proper critical angular velocity and piling construction process.The improved construction method is proved to be a successful method and the experience is useful for similar projects. |
