双螺杆挤压机操作参数对蚕豆挤出物径向膨化率的影响

摘    要:以蚕豆粉为原料,以德国布拉本德DSE-25型双螺杆挤压实验室工作站为设备,研究挤压温度和物料含水率对挤出物径向膨化率的影响规律,进一步明确挤压温度、物料合水率与单位机械能耗和径向膨化率之间的关系.试验结果表明:挤压温度、物料含水率对单位机械能耗(SME)有极显著影响(α<0.01);挤压温度、物料含水率和喂料速度对挤压物径向膨化率有极显著影响(α<0.01),螺杆转速对挤压物径向膨化率有显著影响(α<0.05).SME和径向膨化率两者之间呈显著正相关,相关系数为0.985 7(P <0.05).

Abstract:The aim of this paper was to investigate extrudate radial expansion law of the extruding temperature and material moisture content based on Bean powder as raw material with the German blah bender DSE arithmetic - 25 type twin-screw extrusion lab workstation of the equipment. Further, the extrusion temperature, material and water rate and the relationship between the unit power consumption and radial expansion ratio were studied. It was resulted that the extrusion temperature, material moisture content on the unit mechanical energy (SME) had significant impact (alpha < 0.01). Extrusion temperature, material moisture content and feed rate on radial expansion rate of extrusion had significant impact (alpha < 0.01). The screw rotation speed on radial expansion ratio had an significant effect of extrudate (alpha < 0.05). Between SME and radial expansion ratio showed significantly positive correlation, and the correlation coefficient was 0.9857 (P < 0.05).
