薄板镁合金激光焊接质量信号的提取与控制

摘    要:利用多传感器融合技术与D-S证据与决策理论,设计了焊接质量信号的获取与控制方案,建立了试验系统。试验证明以多传感器信息融合技术为理论指导的实时监控系统完全适用于激光焊接的质量信号提取与控制,并能在焊接过程中出现质量问题时,有效停止焊接,同时提供修正值,以获得良好的焊接质量。

Abstract:Based on the multi-sensor data fusion technique and D-S theory,the method to control and monitor welding quality was designed and experiment system was established. Results proved that this system is suitable for obtaining welding quality information. Once welding defects occurrs,the welding system will be stopped and welding parameters will be revised to obtain good welding quality.
