摘 要: | 为满足多工位生产线对各工位测试数据实时采集处理的要求,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的多工位测试系统。系统以西门子S7—200系列PLC模块采集各种信号,通过RS232串行口与上位机进行通信,以LabWindOws/(ⅣI编写上位机软件,实现了不同工位测试数据的采集与处理。

Abstract: | In order to meet the data collection on time at production line testing system, it designs a mutilstation testing system based on virtual instrument. This system uses Simens S7 - 200 PLC module to collect the signals, applies RS232 to contact with upper computers. It develops the system with LabWindows/CVI. |
