摘    要:针对现有主流CAD/CAM系统中尚无DMU125FD类型机床的专用后置处理,而又是实际生产中迫切需要解决的问题,提出了基于坐标转换模型的旋转轴参数设定方法,同时利用LinkPost技术来创建车铣复合这一类型的后置处理。最后利用一个实例来验证该后置处理的正确性。

Abstract:In order to realize the DMU125FD machine tool appropriation post processing in CAD/CAM system,it proposes the method for coordinate transformation model based on the axis of the parameters set.Based on the technology of Link Post,it designs a turning and milling machine tool post processing,and shows an example to verify the correctness of the post processing.There is a reference for the special post processing development.
