| 摘 要： | 将制造知识看作一类特殊产品，通过分析制造知识的来源、用途和分类，指出了主要制造知识质量问题及其与影响因素的关系，构建了制造知识产品形成过程模型，并提出了制造知识产品质量管理模式，从而为制造企业开展制造知识质量管理提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Taking manufacturing knowledge as a special type of product, it analyzes the sources, applications and classification of manufacturing knowledge, proposes the quality issues of manufacturing knowledge andtheir relationships with influential factors. It builds the formation process model of manufacturing knowledge product, presents the processbased quality management approach for manufacturing knowledge. This modelcan support the practices of manufacturing knowledge quality management in industries. |
