通过建立数学模型,对丁二肟吸光光度法测定不锈钢中镍含量不确定度的评定。分析并计算了各不确定度分量,计算合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。该方法测定镍含量的扩展不确定度为0.06%,置信区间为95%。
