转炉火焰喷补料的试验研究

以镁砂为基本骨料，分别选用粘土粉和转炉渣为结合剂配制系列喷补料并进行了实验室火焰喷补试验。试验发现结合剂的种类与用量对喷补性能都有较大的影响。当结合剂用量约为３０％时，其粘结强度和附着率都较好。使用复合结合剂可进一步提高喷补性能。
