基于加权模糊优选理论的发动机磨损模式识别

摘    要:发动机磨损模式识别是发动机状态监测与故障诊断的重要环节,如何快速、准确地识别发动机磨损模式是磨损状态监测与诊断的关键。结合大量铁谱分析数据与专家经验。给出了发动机磨损模式识别标准样本库。引进一种模糊相对权重的概念,并结合模糊优选理论建立了发动机磨损模式识别的加权模糊优选分析模型。实践证明,加权模糊优选分析模型能够快速、准确、有效地识别发动机磨损模式。

Abstract:Wear pattern recognition of engine is an important work of engine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. How to recognize the wear mode fast and correctly is the key of the monitoring condition and fault diagnosis. Based on fuzzy theory, the fuzzy optimization model and the fuzzy weighted fuzzy optimization model was proposed. A relative weight were introduced. By combining them, a new concept of new method of pattern recognition was introduced by using the new concept and it was proved available.
