| 摘 要： | 分析了国际上通讯专用芯片设计的发展趋势，探讨了国内通讯专用芯片设计的现状，文章认为，基于通讯芯片设计的国际国背景，以通讯专用芯片为突破口，发展芯片设计技术，是我国芯片设计行业的适宜选择。

And the present situation of design technologies for communication specific IC's in China is discussed. Based on the international and domestic background of communication specific IC's, it is considered to be a better choice for China to develop IC design industry by making a breakthrough first in the design technology of communication specific IC's. |
