摘    要:新型的Tri-Flo重介质分选机得到了愈来愈广泛的应用。文中介绍了几个国外使用Tri-Flo分选机的选厂生产实例。我国磷矿中有相当大一部分是条带状磷块岩,这类矿石能在较粗粒级下实现单体解离,因此有可能利用质介质分选技术进行选别,并可望获得显著的经济效益,已完成的几个试验证明了这一点,国内实现磷矿重介质选矿工业化已具备初步条件,分选设备、加重剂和控制系统的研制、开发都有了新的发展。

Abstract:The new type Tri-Flo heavy medium separator has found over increasing use in mineral processing industry. The paper presents a few cases of foreign commercial plants introducing Tri-Flo separators. China has a considerable amount of banded phosphate ores, whichcanbe liberated from exogangues in rather coarse particle sizes. There fore,it is possible to use heavy medium separation technology for beneficinting theses phosphate ores with siginicant economic benefits expected. This has been proved by some test results. With new progress having been made in the reaearch and developmenc of separation equipment, medium materials and control system,preliminary conditions are available nationwide for commercializing heavy medium separation of phosphate ores.
