摘    要:濮城油田属复杂型断块油气田 ,由于多年的强注强采 ,抽油机井井下管杆偏磨严重 ,管杆断脱事故增多。针对抽油井井况和井下管杆偏磨原因及特征 ,提出了实施热固塑尼龙扶正抽油杆防偏磨技术。现场使用热固塑尼龙扶正抽油杆 15 5井次 ,最长使用时间 85 5d ,未发生管杆偏磨及停井事故。 5 8口抽油井使用扶正抽油杆后 ,平均最大电流由 5 9 4 2A下降到 5 5 2 9A ,平均最大悬点载荷由 74 33kN下降到 70 89kN。 2 0 0 0年油田停井比 1999年减少 116井次 ,其中由管杆偏磨造成的停井减少 70井次。推广使用扶正抽油杆累计 5 70 8根 ,投入费用 2 2 832万元 ,创经济效益 979 4万元 ,投入产出比为 1∶4 2 89。

Abstract:Pucheng Oilfield is a complex fault block oil and gas field that has been exploited for many years. The tubes and rods in the holes in this field are seriously worn. The well conditions and causes for the eccentric wear of the downhole rods and tubes are analyzed, and a thermoset nylon centralized sucker rod is developed. By using this rod in 58 wells, no eccentric wear occurred. And the maximum mean electric current is decreased from 59.42A to 55.29A, and the maximum mean polished rod load is reduced from 74.33kN to 70.89kN. The shut down caused by eccentric wear of rods and tubes has been decreased greatly since the centralized rods were used in the oil wells in Pucheng Oilfield.
