| Abstract: | The test principles of the experimental instruments for analyzing element contents in materials with non-touched infrared-ray on linear measurement, and the structural principles of the reflection testing instruments have been introduced.Some technical problems in developing the instruments and the suitable scope for infrared-ray spectrum application are specifically discussed as well. |
