| 摘 要： | 根据制药厂对污水处理的工艺要求，采用厌氧-缺氧-好氧生化处理法。电控系统采用DCS控制系统，以工控机显示工艺流程、控制、显示报警信号等为上位机，PLC控制为下位机，控制仪表等设备为现场控制单元。该系统解决了制药厂设备分散，难以控制的难题，大大提高了污水处理的自动化水平。

| Abstract: | According to the technological requirements of sewage treatment for pharmaceutical factories, it is to adopt anaerobic-anoxic-aerobic biochemistry treatment method. The electrical control system is to adopt DCS control system with industrial control machine to display technological flow processes, control and alarm signals etc as upper level machines and PLC controls as lower level machines, and control instrument as site control units. The system solves the difficult problem in the pharmaceutical factories as the equipment are widely dispersed, and it greatly raises the automation level for sewage treatment. |
