On the Convergence of Post Setting and the Evaluation and Engagement of Professional and Technical Qualification

This paper discusses the role that post setting has played in the implementation of the evaluation and engagement of teachers’ professional and technical qualification,analyzes the requirements on post setting and present problems,and puts forward measures on the effective convergence of post setting and the evaluation and engagement so as to promote the reform of personnel system in colleges and contribute to the sustainable development of colleges.
