我国火电厂SO2排放数据可靠性分析

摘    要:在我国大气污染物中,火电厂的大气污染物排放占有很大比例,掌握电力行业SO2排放状况对国家制定SO2和酸雨的控制战略和相关的环保政策意义重大。通过对我国火电行业环境监测网络、火电厂SO2排放数据来源、电力环境统计过程中SO2排放数据审核方法与审核过程、全国火电厂SO2排放数据的确定方法等关键环节进行系统介绍与分析,得出电力环境统计数据库中火电厂SO2排放数据较为可靠,可为国家的电力政策及环保政策的制定提供参考。

Abstract:Since the atmospheric pollutant from thermal power plants constitutes a large proportion of the total,it is significant to know the SO2 emission of power industry for the determination of control strategy and related environmental protection policies concerning SO2 and acid rain.Several key problems were introduced in this paper,such as the existing environmental monitoring network,the SO2 emission data sources of thermal power plants,the auditing method and procedure for SO2 emission in case of the environmental statistic of power industry,and the nation-wide SO2 emission data determination.The results show that the thermal power plants' SO2 emission data from electric power environmental statistic database is reliable and can provide reference for the policies making both in power industry development and environmental protection.
