氩气J-T低温制冷器稳态特性仿真研究

摘    要:在VB平台上用有限差分法,对一种具有螺旋翅片管式回热装置的氩气J-T低温制冷器进行了稳态仿真模拟.充分考虑流道的几何形状和流体流动状态,提出了合理的数学模型;应用氩气物性数据库及VB计算程序分析了进气温度、进气压力及环境温度对J-T低温制冷器性能的影响,界面友好,结果表现直观,并通过引用相类似结构的实验数据验证仿真模拟...

Abstract:A miniature Joule-Thomson(J-T) cryocooler with a spiral finned recuperative heat exchanger was studied,based on Visual Basic development platform employing finite difference method.Physical areas were divided according to different characteristics of flow and heat transfer based on the structure of J-T cryocooler.Steady-state calculation model of J-T cryocooler using argon as working fluid was built through the equations of pressure drop and heat transfer in different physical areas.Calculation programs wer...
