摘    要:通过介绍鲜花采收、预冷、贮存、运输、销售过程中的保鲜及保鲜方法,论述了采摘后鲜花保鲜过程中应注意的各个环节及影响因素,对保鲜技术在花卉市场中的应用以及各种保鲜技术进行总结,为鲜花保鲜市场提供了理论指导.

Abstract:The fresh flower is a living plant tissue. It will lose its ornamental due to lacking of the supplying from the parents in a short time. The paper introduces the process of the freshness of the fresh flower and the manners, and discusses the noticed steps in the process of freshening. Summarizing the technology of freshening and analyzing the influential factors will offer a guide for the markets of fresh flower.
