苯丙烯醛的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以苯甲醛和乙醛为原料,用乙醇作溶剂,在氢氧化钠催化条件下合成苯丙烯醛。研究了原料摩尔比、碱浓度、反应时间、反应温度对产品收率的影响,获得了反应的最佳工艺条件:乙醛与苯甲醛的摩尔比为1.05:1,氢氧化钠碱浓度为2.5%,反应时间为75min,反应温度为30℃,此时苯丙烯醛的合成收率达到60%。

Abstract:Benzalacetalaehyde was prepared from the raw material benzaldehyde and acetaldehyde in the presense of NaOH,using alcohol as agent.Effect,factors of product quality and yield,such as material ratio,alkalinity,reaction time and temperature have been studied.The title compound was obtained under optimized condition that: n(acetaldehyde) ∶ n(benzaldehyde)=1.05(mol) ∶ 1(mol),the alkalinity of NaOH is 2.5%,reaction time 75 min,temperature 30℃,and the yield is 60%.
