摘    要:黄狮涝矿区2#矿体最初使用分层崩落法开采。由于矿岩破碎、夹层多、矿体变化大,回采过程中遇到了巷道难以施工、炮孔易变形或堵塞及装药困难等问题;加上分层多、采准工程量大、支护工作困难等问题,限制了矿山的生产能力。基于存在的问题,对黄狮涝矿区2#矿体试验矿块的采场结构参数、采切工程布置、凿岩设备、炮孔布置方式等相关技术进行试验,并在此基础上形成了适合2#矿体开采的回采方案,保证了矿山生产持续稳定进行。

Experiment of Safe and High-efficient Mining Method for No.2 Orebody in Huangshilao Area

Abstract:No.2 orebody was initially mined with sublevel caving method in Huangshilao area.Due to fragmentized rock,excessive interlayer and diversified orebody,a series of difficulties occur during the process of mining,such as hard digging in laneway,hole deformation and difficult charging etc.In addition,sublevels are many,the engineering of mining preparation is large,support work is difficult,above problems restrict the production capacity of mine.Based on above difficulties,the stope structure parameter of No.2 orebody in Huangshilao area,as well as preliminary mining project disposal,excavate equipment,hole disposal etc.,are tested,mining project adapting to No.2 orebody is formed to ensure the producing continuity and stability of the mine.
