| 摘 要： | 青岛中山路商贸区18号地块设计是典型的旧城区改造项目.该地块紧靠青岛市著名的天主教堂,周围有许多德国风格的保留建筑.本文从城市设计的角度介绍了该项目的设计构思、总体结构和功能布局,着重强调在尊重街区历史和风格的同时,创造出建筑自身的个性.

| Abstract: | This is a typical remodeling project in the area of old city. Surrounded "with many preserved buildings in German style, it closely mars a famous Catholic church of Qingdao. In urban design perspective, this assay makes an account of the project on design conception, general structure and functional layout, especially on creating individuality of building while respecting the context of the old blocks. |
