全通网络多相振荡器中多频率振荡的研究

摘    要:本文分析了基于有源全通网络的多相正弦振荡器所特有的多频率振荡问题,得到了不同n值所对应的各振荡频率。给出了消除k>1振荡的方法和相位补偿电容(C1、C2)之间必须满足的关系,讨论了非理想运算放大器时的振荡频率,测试了三相和四相正弦振荡器,用PSPICE仿真了五相和六相正弦振荡器,实验和仿真结果与理论分析相符。

Abstract:The oscillation of multi-frequency in the multiphase sinusoidal oscillators based on active all-pass networks is studied. Each oscillation frequency for variant n is calculated. A method for eliminating unnecessary oscillation and the relationship of compensating capacitors (C1 and C2) is given. The effect caused by the nonlinearity of the OA on theoscillation frequency has been analyzed. Experimental and simulated results are given to verify the theoretical analysis.
