摘    要:汽轮发电机组启动过程中由于机组运行参数及状态不稳定,经常会发生轴承或轴瓦振动过大情况,动静摩擦及支撑刚度降低是两种常见的故障原因。根据某电厂2号汽轮发电机组在大修后启动过程中出现轴承及轴瓦振动过大问题,通过对机组启动过程振动数据分析,结合已有相似的案例,确定机组发生了动静摩擦故障,并且对轴承座存在支撑刚度降低导致共振的问题,进行了分析。

Abstract:Due to the unstable operating parameters and states during the starting process of turbo-generator units,the excessive vibration of bearings and bushes often occur.The rubbing and the decrease of the support stiffness are the common fault reasons.By studying the excessive vibration of bearings and bushes occurred during the starting process in the No.2 turbo-generator units in a power plant after the overhaul,analyzing the vibration data in the starting process,and making reference to the existing similar cases,this paper determines the fault reasons for the rubbing and analyzes the resonance caused by the decrease of the support stiffness in the bearing housing.
