摘    要:通过对马钢2#500m^3高炉循环冷却水实际运行、控制情况的分析,总结了高炉循环冷却水在运行过程中水质稳定的运行管理在线监测与控制,以及系统杀生的过程管理等,分析了系统存在运行管理中的不足。采取措施提高高炉循环冷却水在线运行控制的效果与水平,为高炉的稳定运行提供了良好的外部环境。

Abstract:Based on analysis of running and control status of circulation cooling water oi No.2 2500 m3 blast furnace of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd, the on-line monitoring and control of running management of stabilizing water quality in running of the circulation cooling water of blast furnace, and management of sterilization process of the system were summarized. The shortcomings in running management of the system were analyzed. Some measures were used to increase effects and level of on-line running control of the circulation cooling water of the blast furnace, which provided better external environment for stable running of the blast furnace.
