基于ANSYS门式起重机应力分析

摘    要:大型化、老龄化的门座起重机,其金属结构的故障时有发生,严重地影响生产的安全,并造成重大的经济损失和社会影响。以SDMQ1260/60E型门座起重机的大平衡架为研究对象,采用大型有限元结构分析软件AN-SYS对其应力进行分析,得出相应的结果,为今后的维修提供了可靠的数据。

Abstract:The large-scale,the aging of the portal crane,whose metal structure of the fault occur frequently and seriously affect the security of production and cause significant economic losses and social influence.Large-scale structure of the finite element analysis software ANSYS for its stiffness analysis is used by studying with SDMQ1260/60E to the great balance frame of portal cranes,the results of the draw provide maintenance of reliable data for future.
