海上浮式LNG脱水工艺方案探讨

摘    要:从分离原理、处理规模、脱水深度、装置占地和海上适应性等多个方面出发,对常用的天然气脱水工艺进行了比较和总结。针对南海某目标气田的基础数据和海况特点,对大型浮式LNG装置的脱水方案进行工艺优化,最终选出了以4A分子筛为吸附剂和压缩BOG(蒸发气)为再生气的二塔式吸附脱水工艺,其具有露点低、占地少和海洋环境适应性强等特点。

Abstract:The common methods for natural gas dehydration were compared and summarized from different aspects including separation principle,scale,dehydration degree,device size and adaptation to sea environment.Based on the database and sea conditions of an offshore gas field in the South China Sea,the dehydration process for a large FLNG plant was optimized,and the two-tower dehydration system with molecular sieve 4A as adsorbent and compressed boil-off gas(BOG) as regeneration gas was selected for it due to its low dew point,small footprint and good adaptability to sea environment.
