摘    要:江口水电站是芙蓉江干流开发中的骨干工程。为认真履行江口工程的设计合同,确保优质、高效地完成江口工程的各项设计工作,长江委设计院实行全面质量管理,建立了一套规范化的统计管理程序,制订详细的设计计划,落实江口工程项目各级责任人的质量责任制,采取特殊技术措施,对工程设计过程中的各项质量活动进行全过程的管理,使江口工程在满足质量标准、合同进度的情况下,工程投资最省。

Abstract:Jiangkou hydropower station is a key project in the developmentof the main stream of Furong river,also the lowest hydropower station of the river for a 10-cascade development scheme.The station has a good regulation function and a moderate scale,so it is one of the main peak-regulating power sources for the unified Chongqing power grid. The reservoir has a seasonal regulation function, with its regulating capacity of 302 Mm3, and normal pool level of 300 m. The firm power of the station is 49.7 MW and its average annual generation is 1.071 billion kW.h. This hydropower station has reasonable technical economic indexes and excellent regulation capability, so it has conditions for preferred construction.After the power station is completed,it can not only decrease difficulties in peak regulation and improve the quality of power supply,but also can play an important role in providing power for the Chongqing power grid which is short of power sources and in supporting the safe operation of the power grid.
