摘    要:采用有限元分析方法,利用ANSYS软件模拟9Cr18Mo钢圆柱形试样淬火冷却过程,得到淬火冷却曲线、残余应力随淬火时间变化曲线、残余应力沿圆柱体轴向分布曲线和试样最终轴向伸长量.分析结果表明,在热应力和组织应力的共同作用下淬火过程中试样应力状态变化复杂,最终的应力状态以组织应力为主.试样表面残余应力和试样轴向伸长的计算结果与测量结果符合的很好.

Abstract:The finite element analysis method was applied to the simulation of quenching process of a cylindrical specimen of 9Cr18Mo steel.The cooling curve of quenching process,the variation curve of residual stress with the time,the distribution of residual stress along the axial dimension and the axial deformation of the specimen were obtained.It is found that the stress state in the specimen during quenching is complicated due to the thermal stress and the structure stress.In the end of the process,the stress state mainly relies on the structure stress.The calculated results of residual stress on the surface and the axial deformation of the specimen agree well with experimental results.
