| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了上海世博村VIP生活馆配电系统及电能管理系统，采用智能电力仪表和微机保护采集配电现场的各种电参量和开关信号，通过系统组网的方式，组网后由现场总线通信并远传至后台。通过Acrel-3000型电能管理系统实现建筑电力能耗的自动管理功能，为楼宇电能采集、统计、分析数据提供了一种智能的管理方法，为楼宇的节能策略提供了决策依据。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces distribution system and power management systems of VIP Living Museum in Shanghai World Expo Village, adopts Intelligent Power Meter and the Computer Protection Acquisition to collect a variety of electrical parameters and switching signals of distribution scene that are transmitted to the backstage by field bus communication in system group network. Acrel-3000 energy management system accomplishes automated construction power consumption management and the functions, provides a method to do statistic and analysis on building energy data, offer a strategic decision basis to support energy conservation. |
