汽轮机组排汽温度上升的故障诊断

摘    要:以模糊数学理论为基础,建立了排汽温度升高的现象与故障原因之间的模糊数学关系,提出了机组排汽温度升高故障诊断的数学模型,并利用C语言编程来解决诊断过程的数学计算问题。该方法能迅速准确的判断出排汽温度升高的主要原因。

Abstract:On the basis of fuzzy mathematics theory, the fuzzy mathematics relations between phenomenon and cause of exhaust temperature rising were established. A mathematic model to diagnose fault of exhaust temperature rising of the steam turbine set was brought forward. Program with C language was used to settle the calculation problem in diagnostic process. This way could determine the main cause of exhaust temperature rising quickly.
