摘    要:应用电子显微镜、Formaster-Digital全自动相变仪研究了特殊钢相变规律;应用计算机进行了传热、传质计算,研究开发了钢坯、钢锭、轧材、锻件的热处理新工艺。试验研究表明改进特殊钢厂热循环工艺可以大幅度地实现节能,提高生产率。改进后的工艺对提高钢材质量,降低退火钢材硬度有显著效果。

Abstract:Transformation rule of special steels was investigated by means of electronic microscope and full automatic phase transformation tester(Formaster Digital).Meanwhile,through calculation of thermal transfer and mass transfer by computer.New heat treatment processes for steel slab,ingot,rolled and forged steel were developed.The results showed that more energy saving and productivity increasing could be obtained by improving old thermal cycle process in special steel plants.And the new processes have remarkable effect on improving quality and decreasing annealing hardness of steel.
