线阵列半导体激光器高效激励源研究

摘    要:
针对40W连续工作的线阵列半导体激光器激励源进行设计和研究,通过同步整流技术、软开关技术及负载点的高效理念,实现DC/DC转换电路的高效及恒流电路的高效,最终实现激励源的高效。电流为30A时,转换效率为90.5%;电流为50A时,转换效率为86.4%。

Abstract:
Research on 40W continuous working line-array semiconductor laser driver, Through synchronous rectifica-tion、soft-switching technology and high efficiency concept of point-of-load to achieve high efficiency of DC/DC con-version circuit and constant circuit, eventually achieve high efficiency of driver. When the current is 30A, the conver-sion efficiency is 90.5%;the cur-rent is 50A,the conversion efficiency is 86.4%.
