油井井下固体防蜡降凝管技术

固体清防蜡技术是近几年才兴起的油井清防蜡新工艺。该技术是针对原油生产过程中,油井结蜡影响正常生产而研制开发的新一代油井防蜡降凝产品,它摈弃了以往各种清防蜡措施施工繁琐和费用较高的缺点,不仅现场施工简单、费用低,而且在1个周期内不用任何维护。在胜利、中原、辽河等油田结蜡较严重区块的现场使用,都取得了防蜡、降凝、改善原油低温流动性的良好效果,保证了油井的正常开采。一次性投放后,有效期可达8~12个月,在有效期内,不用采用其它清防蜡措施。

TECHNOLOGY OF DOWN HOLE SOLID PARAFFIN INHIBITION POUR POINT DEPRESSION PIPE

Solid paraffin inhibition technology is a new oil well paraffin inhibition technology springing up only a few years. It is a new production for oil well paraffin inhibition, which discard the disadvantage of the past paraffin inhibition. The solid paraffin inhibition has a lower cost and simple construct in field using, and need no other maintenance in a period. After using in Shengli Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield and Liaohe Oilfield, a better effect was gained. The period of validity of this technology is eight to twelve months and in the stage there is no other measure to be done.
