三相电源过零信号检测及相序自适应的研究与实现

摘    要:为了实现对电机的同步控制,提出了一种获取三相交流电的电压过零信号和电源相序自适应方法.该方法以P87C591单片机为核心,利用6N137光耦和P87C591单片机的捕获功能实现对电压过零点的检测;由软件实现时电源相序的判断和相序的自适应.这里对其硬件和软件给予了详细分析.实际应用表明,该方案经济、稳定、可靠.

Abstract:In order to implement the synchronous control of motor,a method for three-phase AC voltage zero-point inspecting and phase sequence self-adaptation is proposed in this paper.The micro-controller of P87C591 is the key part of the solution,the 6N137 and capture interrupt of P87C591 is adopted to detecting the zero-point of three-phase AC voltage.The phase sequence judgment and phase sequence self-adaptation is realized by the program operating in the controller.The software and hardware of the design method i...
