| 摘 要： | 南水北调东线第一期工程从长江下游取水利用梯级泵站提水、现有河道输水。输水河道堤防规划设计防洪标准为20年～50年一遇设计洪水，但其提水泵站工程为Ⅰ等1级建筑物工程，设计防洪标准规范规定为100年一遇洪水设计，300年一遇洪水校核，泵站防洪标准远高于输水河道。本文以位于梁济运河上的长沟、邓楼泵站为例对平原区河道超标准洪水位的计算方法进行了初步分析与研究，推求泵站设计洪水和设计洪水位。
