提升企业中层执行力之探讨

摘    要:企业高层制定出较好的决策方案后 ,在以后的执行过程中 ,偏差越来越大 ,标准渐渐降低 ,执行链变形 ,这不是当初所期望的。因此 ,如何提升具有承上启下 ,能够驱动下级执行力很强的中层执行力 ,是企业管理的重要课题。文中列举了中层执行力不强的几种表现 ,提出了提升企业中层执行力的九项能力。

Abstract:After a good policy plan is made by the upper levels of a business,during the process of being carried out ,deviation is emerging and is becoming bigger and bigger and the standards are getting lower .The carrying out chain is deformed.It is not what is expected at the beginning.Therefore,it is an important task in business management as how to promote the executive power of the middle levels which can connect the upper and the lower and drive the lower levels to full execution. It enumerated the executive power of the middle levels not strong and a few performances in the text,put forward to promoting nine abilities of the executive power of the middle levels of the business.
